Once upon the time
was the smooth haired pinscher already known in 16 th century at Germany.
One could see them at
the copperstick-painting by famous artist Lucas Cranach. The German pinscher
is one of the oldest German breeds, and
was called smooth haired pinscher. German pinscher was a intelligent and
brilliant to catch rats. Under the second world war
is was nearly dead out, and thanks to mr. Jung and a few other GP-friends
it was saved. At 1964 was the first GP imported
to Scandinavia.
A GP is an excellent dog to various
activities like agility, obedience and so on.
